The Auckland Harbour Bridge is a well recognized bridge, which has eight lane motorway over the Waitemata Harbour.
This bridge’s one side is connected with St Marys Bay and another side is joined with Northcote on the North shore side. Operated by the NZ Transport Agency, Auckland Harbour Bridge is 1,020 m long with a primary span of 243.8 m. Actually built in 1959, 4 lanes of this long bridge was made doubled to 8 lanes, which is added to walkways to enjoy the surrounding scenery from the top of the bridge. The design of the Auckland Harbour bridge seems like Sydney Harbour Bridge and the sky path was added in 2016. When the visitors cross the Harbour bridge through walkway, a waist belt is tightened with them to feel safe. Adventurous people participate in bungy jump from the harbour bridge, this is an arranged game for the courageous people.
