1.Burj Khalifa :

4. Princess Tower :

The Princess Tower was the first all-residential tower in Dubai and was regarded as one of the tallest buildings in the world at the time of its completion back in 2012. Currently it ranks 24th in the globe.

The Almas Tower is a prominent high-rise building intensifying the Dubai skyline. It’s known for its various facilities, such as the Dubai Multi Commodities Center, which is the midpoint for the region’s rich gemstone industry.

Interestingly, the building’s name is derived from its triangular shape, which is a nod to the diamond’s trilateral facets. The tower’s most noticeable thing, other than its podium, is its use of two parallel but overlapping conformations.

These two features are known as offset ellipses. Due to the tower’s height, its vertical orientation is also observed. The spire on the southern mass is attached to the building’s central structure.

Therefore, this design distinction makes the mass different from its northern counterpart. Both the northern and southern faces have designed features that address different environmental needs.
