
The Hauraki Gulf is a coastal property, situated like dotted with islands over sparkling blue water in the North Island of New Zealand. It has an area of 4000 square km, from which most of the area is a part of the Hauraki Gulf Marine Park. The Hauraki Gulf offers countless water activities, like kayaking, jet boating, sailing, fishing and more.
Hauraki Gulf Marine park includes many islands and 5 marine reserves, most of them are allowed for recreation. This marine park covers an area of 1.2 million hectors. More than 50 islands are incorporated within this park and conservation lands are managed by Department of Conservation. This marine park exists in the East Coast of Auckland and Waikato regions. Most of the islands are allowed for public, but some needs permission to get into for having endangered species.
