LEED represents guidelines in Energy and Environmental Design. It is a rating framework that communicates how productively a structure is planned and worked. To rate and rank a site, each construction is given a specific number of points dependent on its natural effect. In each deliberate class, each design is attributed with focuses and contrasted with different structures that go about as reference points for the developments.
In the regions of water productivity, energy and air, materials and assets, indoor natural quality, and manageability, points are given on a 100 point scale. To accomplish LEED Certified status requires 40 points.
