Richard Charles Rodgers was an American musician (28th June, 1902 to 30 th December, 1979), recognized mostly for his work in Musical Theatre. With 43 Broadway musicals and more than 900 songs, Rodgers was the most substantial American composer and his composition was largely impact on popular music.
