The Waitemata

Waitemata is a harbour in New Zealand that provides the main access by sea to Auckland. That is why it is also known as Auckland Harbour even though it is only one of the two harbours that joins the city. The northern and eastern coasts of isthmus, Auckland, is formed by this harbour. It is crossed by the Harbour bridge of Auckland. Covering the North Shore city, Waitakere City and Rodney district, Waitemata DHB is based in Takapuna. Approximately 628970 people live here.
