Theodore Roosevelt

Often referred to as teddy roosevelt, was the youngest person to become president. He served as the 26th president of the United states right after president McKinley’s assassination during the pan-american exposition in Buffalo, NY. Since, then he continued making the United states of America great by establishing national parks, forests and monuments for preserving the nation’s natural resources. He expanded and strengthened the navy. Moreover he was successful in his efforts to broker the end of the Russo-Japanese war, earning himself the nobel peace prize in 1906. As a result he earned more fame and continued to promote progressive policies.
